Stahmann Farms Enterprises is an Australian-owned agribusiness involved in the production, processing and marketing of both conventional and organic Australian-grown tree nuts.
Its processing plant in Toowoomba is a world-class facility, with a group of dedicated and competent staff to match. In April last year, two employees purchased the business from the US-based owners of the operation and in doing so have undertaken to continue the legacy created by Deane Stahmann, who came to Australia in the ‘60s to establish the firm.
Owning the largest pecan grove outside of the US, Stahmann Farms is the largest pecan producer in the southern hemisphere, leading the global industry with record-breaking quality and yield rates. Additionally, Stahmann Farms boasts a state-of-the-art macadamia process line in Toowoomba. Now Australia’s macadamias, it also provides value-adding, distribution and marketing services to this rapidly-expanding business.
