Tip 1
General Ledger Account Group Feature
If your chart of accounts is structured with more than one segment and the same account numbers exist across segments, such as in the example below, you can quickly get a summary of the account balances and transactions for all those accounts using the Group button. Read more>>

| Greentree Conference on the Gold Coast |
Greentree is holding their Business Partner Conference on the Gold Coast this year.
Please note, this means that contact with the blueStar team will be limited from Thursday 30th October to Wednesday 5th November inclusive.

Nigel White - Consultant
Nigel has spent the past 10 years working in the finance industry, and more recently, specialising in business analysis and project management, providing the best tools and processes to ensure client success. Nigel's experience has been diverse and covers providing solutions for small teams to large clients with specific requirements.
Nigel's strengths include the ability to recognise and solve problems readily, vast knowledge of computer systems and software, and a keen interest in providing high quality service to his clients.

Greentree’s new Windows Explorer Integration
As the reliance on electronic documents has increased, so too has the importance of cross referencing of critical documents with your business system. Storing a spreadsheet with calculations to support a General Ledger journal entry or filing a scanned letter received from a supplier can be very useful.
Greentree’s new filing tool lets you ‘drag and drop’ any file from windows onto the new Greentree filing icon and the file is automatically attached to the relevant record within Greentree. You can even right click in explorer and ‘send to’ Greentree to attach any file to a record within Greentree. You don’t even need to be logged into Greentree to attach files to Greentree records, but password prompting when you drop a file ensures the proper security controls are maintained.
This new feature is available to all sites running Greentree CRM.

Vista Certification
We have now completed all the hard work and announce Microsoft Vista is certified for Greentree and Jade 6.2.
Our Microsoft Vista certification status has been achieved as a result of a rigorous testing program to ensure all facets of Greentree including FREE, ODBC, Microsoft Office integration, faxing, printing, web modules and many more aspects are thoroughly tested and found to operate without issue.
